A strong body without a strong mind will not last long.

A strong mind forms the basis of everything. Being well informed & knowing how to frame things is key.

The way I see it, we need to:

~ Keep our bodies moving & our muscles strong

~ Eat the best & best quality nutritious food that we can

~ Get plenty of sunshine, preferably at the right times of day

~ Find ways to relax & recuperate to keep stress levels down

~ Spend quality to with those that we love

~ Get the best quality sleep that we can

~ Know what we’re aiming for

And that’s what we’re going to discover together!
