How to see YOUR dreams come true...

You should only participate in ONE comparison game.

They say comparison is the thief of joy…

But that's only if you compare yourself to others.

If you’re going to do it, you might as well play the game on legendary mode.

Compare yourself to the ideal version of you.

Everyone has heard the advice to measure ourselves against who they were yesterday.

This is fine, but in my opinion it lacks essential ingredients.

You see, if you don't have a frame of reference for who you are now and who you want to be, you can't play the comparison game well.

In addition...

You could want to depict yourself sporting a six-pack, a Savile Row suit, or anything you choose to represent yourself as. Because you've never really thought about the person you want to become, you'll always be comparing yourself to others.

I'd want to share with you today one of the most straightforward yet effective exercises I've ever done.

We all have objectives. The person we must become in order to fulfill those objectives, however, is frequently forgotten.

Numerous individuals that I've referred to this exercise report positive results in their own lives.

What I want you to accomplish is as follows:

Draw a picture of your ideal self on a sheet of paper.

If you want, give him a name.

To achieve this, you don't need to be a master artist; what matters is that you just sketch anything.

This is so because imagery has a powerful effect on the subconscious mind.

I want you to sketch a picture of your ideal self and then respond to the questions below.

How does he look?

How is he built?

Where does he live?

What is a profession?

What’s his family situation?

How does he move?

How does he speak?

How does he dress?

How does he deal with those who are more powerful and less powerful?

How does your ideal self appear to the world?

Even photographs could be appropriate to add to your document.

If you'd like, you can write your responses on paper or in a Google or Word document.

This document will be titled "Your Name - 2.0"

It's quite normal for your objectives and desires to alter throughout time.

As a result, I urge you to use this document as a live, breathing artifact that you frequently refer to and change.

Personally, I use the paper I created for my ideal self to remind myself of my values and the kind of person I want to become each day.

So…

Only when you compare yourself to others, may comparison be the thief of joy. Create a picture of your ideal self and keep going back to it.

So now:

Set aside some time today to develop your ideal self. Don't put this off until later.

Do this workout right away because it will transform your life.

To your best health,

Dr Kpakpo
