How much more information do you need?

Information is overrated.

If someone Googles "weight loss," they’ll get over 2 BILLION results.

Who the hell has the time for that?

Plus, there’ll be 100s of conflicting ideas.

High fat vs. low fat. High intensity vs. low intensity. Count calories vs. don’t count calories.

No wonder everyone is so damn confused.

Incidentally, if you eat the right foods, calorie counting becomes irrelevant and results take care of themselves.

The healthiest, fittest action takers are NOT information junkies.

Instead, they use ONE proven plan.

They don’t worry about the ‘perfect’ plan, but use one plan that works.

And they stick to it.

It’s not brain surgery.

But people often want to over-complicate things.

Adrian (not his real name), an entrepreneur in his early 50s, reached out to me because he was 50 lbs overweight, and he had a constant stream of caffeine to get through each day.

He confided there was zero action in the bedroom...

In fact, there had been no physical intimacy between him and his wife for YEARS.

However, Adrian’s poor state of health wasn’t just affecting his marriage.

He woke multiple times a night and always felt groggy each morning.

This in turn led to low energy and poor decision making, which cost him A LOT of opportunities.

He felt overwhelmed and confused given the conflicting information on the internet about health and well-being. He wasn’t sure what he wanted to do, but knew he wanted to try keto.

So when we started working together I simplified everything for him, and encourage him to focus on two key areas:

  • Walking at once a day for no more than 30 minutes.

  • Eat 2 well planned keto meals per day

He lost 15 lbs in the first month.

And he didn’t even workout until the second month...

That’s the power of focus.

Though Adrian’s journey wasn’t without setbacks, however.

There were several occasions when he felt discouraged because he deviated from his diet by drinking and eating take out.

Or he didn’t get as many steps as he intended on a given day.

Putting things into perspective for clients is only one of the powerful coaching tools I use.

A few drinks won’t destroy your progress if you’ve eaten well all week stuck with the overarching plan for the rest of the week.

A missed workout or poor night’s sleep doesn’t mean you’re doomed.

Just dust yourself off and get back to business the next day.

In most cases, your perceived 'lack of progress' is the result of overthinking. Focus on all the things you've done right, instead of fixating on trivial things that you messed up.

Imagine if there was:

No more guesswork...

No more confusion...

No more trying to cobble together a jigsaw puzzle with missing pieces...

THAT is the power of having a single plan of action.

************************************

If you really want to change the way you look and feel permanently, focus on one plan and implement it ruthlessly.

Stop being an information junkie.

Single-minded focus and simplicity are what lead to lasting change, not exotic programs that you do for a few weeks, then give up because they’re too restrictive or complex to follow.

Sure, there may be some trepidation and anxiety, "Is this going to work?" But what’s the alternative? Try multiple programs and nothing works...

Here's what you need to do.

Find a plan, hire an expert, read a book – do whatever you need to do. But above all, find one plan and stick with it.

There’s no use changing plans all the time if you never give the original one enough time to work.

If you want a scientific, data-driven plan that's created from deep health analysis, then complete this very short questionnaire to see if you’re eligible:
