So how did I get here?
For the past 25 or so years I’ve dedicated myself to the study of human health, well-being and potential.
It was the driving force behind me becoming a doctor.
But a few years of medical school confirmed that wasn’t what we were there for….
So after reading many books, attending seminars, and personal experiences, I figured that you cannot reach your full potential as a human being unless you address everything that it means to be human. And not just that, all it means to be an animal.
To only look at one area of human potential overlooks the other components that are vital to your health and well-being, such as emotional, spiritual and mental health.
Let’s say you take good care of your spiritual health and you meditate regularly, but you think that exercise is unimportant, then you’ll have a powerful spirit and a weak body.
And in life, you’re only as strong as your weakest link.
As a result of my experiences, I formulated a system that includes the critical components of human health; physical, spiritual, mental, emotional.
So you can be the strongest version of yourself.
I call this Hypersane Health.
Hypersanity is the quality of being calm, contained & constructive while maintaining an expansive view of the bigger picture.
Excessive focus on one area is detrimental.
If you want optimal health, peak performance, and high energy states, you need to understand how to cultivate, and more importantly, maintain them.
So I’m going to share ways to help you create your Hypersane Health experience - so you fire on all cylinders.
All the time.
This information will cover 4 areas; physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional.
I bring lessons from each area and show you how you can apply what you’ve learned into your life.
